The goal of this section is describe how the district will evaluate the plan's overall progress and impact on teaching and learning.
In the narrative explain who will participate in the monitoring and evaluation process, what data they will gather, and how often the will meet to monitor and evaluate the implementation of the plan. Please provide some detail about how the district will determine if the implementation of the plan is successful.
